A motor-control box for a food-and-beverage citrus line, wired and mounted right on the equipment it runs. This is the kind of work that keeps a production line moving: the panel is where a fault either takes you down for hours or gets found in minutes.
A production drive kept tripping and going down, and earlier fixes only reset the fault code. We diagnosed the real condition across the drive, motor, and load, corrected the wiring and parameters, and verified it under load. The nuisance trips that were stopping the line stopped with it.
A three-phase motor was humming, tripping, and refusing to start, with overheated terminations at the disconnect. We tested voltage, phases, and load with proper instruments, repaired the failed terminations, and confirmed rotation before it went back to service.
