How fast can you get to me if my equipment is down?+
Down equipment goes to the front of the line. Call and tell us what is happening and we set the soonest visit we can, often the same business day, and offer emergency service when a line is stopped. Being based in Greenacres, we are close to most of Palm Beach County.
Do you charge to diagnose the problem?+
We will explain exactly how we handle diagnostic time when you call, before we come out, so there is no surprise. Our goal is to find the real cause efficiently and give you an honest assessment, not to run up hours.
What areas do you cover?+
We serve Palm Beach and Broward counties, including Greenacres, West Palm Beach, Lake Worth, Boynton Beach, Boca Raton, and Fort Lauderdale, plus the surrounding South Florida area. If you are just outside that, call and ask.
What equipment and brands do you work on?+
We work across industrial controls, electrical, and mechanical: PLCs and relay logic, VFDs and motor control, control panels, three-phase power, motors and transformers, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and inverter and backup power systems. Tell us what you are running and we will assess it before we quote.
Are you insured, and who is doing the work?+
Yes, we are fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance on request. Emmanuel Juste, an industrial controls and automation specialist with more than twenty years on industrial equipment across manufacturing, food and beverage, and fabrication, leads the work along with a team of experienced technicians who work with Ogun on a contract basis, and he is OSHA 10-Hour Construction Outreach trained. Our work is done to accepted industrial practice, labeled and documented for service. We are glad to share our credentials before we start.
Do you offer emergency or after hours service?+
Yes. When a line is down, waiting until morning costs you real money. The emergency line is answered 24/7. Call the number on this site and tell us it is urgent.
How much will it cost?+
It depends on the equipment and the fault, so we do not guess blindly. We diagnose first, then give you the price before we start the work, so you can decide with the number in front of you. No surprise invoices.
