Insurance and licensing

Ogun Factory Automation is insured and can provide a current Certificate of Insurance on request, including additional-insured and waiver endorsements where your project requires them. We work within the scope of our qualifications. Where a job calls for a licensed trade beyond that scope, we say so and coordinate the appropriately licensed party.

Safety approach

  • De-energization and lockout/tagout are the default. We verify absence of voltage before work.
  • Energized diagnostic work is done only when de-energizing is not feasible, by a qualified person, under applicable procedures.
  • PPE is matched to each task, and we follow your facility safety and site procedures.
  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction Outreach trained.

Available on request

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI), including any additional-insured or waiver endorsements your project requires
  • W-9 for vendor setup
  • Capability summary and relevant project references, with customer permission
  • Written safety approach and applicable training records

We share tax and insurance documents securely with authorized recipients, not by public download.

Documentation you receive

  • Written scope of work before we start
  • Change orders for any added work, approved before it is done
  • A service report describing the symptom, findings, work performed, and testing
  • Testing and operating results at closeout
